I use organic matcha powder for my recipes. A high quality powder has a better flavor, it’s a richer green color and has more antioxidants. I like to use almond milk, but use whatever milk you prefer. Local honey is best because it’s honey made from the bees in your own backyard (or close enough), which gives you a taste of your own ecosystem. Local honey can help to combat some allergies as well. Use desired amount of honey.

Incorporating the spices used in chai flavoring into your diet provoides an antioxdant boost. Also, it’s antibacterial and aids in digestion.
